Age: He seems as though he's in his early-twenties; or at least, that's probably how old his Somebody was when he was created, since he hasn't aged a day since then. Axel himself doesn't keep count, and thinks celebrating birthdays is a silly tradition.

Powers: Fire is his element. Period. Not only can he cast practically every fire-based spell out there, he also has a little proficiency in some of the other elemental types of magick - though of course, he doesn't know a bit about ice-based magick, and he'd like it to stay that way. In addition, it's not by chance that his chakram happen to set everything they stab touch on fire. That's actually a very handy-dandy ability Axel has, meaning in the hands of anyone but him, his chakram would just be chakram. End of story. Furthermore, aside from that, like the other members of Organization, Axel commands a company of lesser Nobodies, who are called Assassins. They lack human traits and look nothing like dusk Nobodies, the most common sort. Rather, they seem more like weapons themselves than anything - Axel can dispatch them whenever available; and when he does so, they are a formidable opponent because of their ability to hide belowground, where they can't be touched, and because of their sharp (literally, as Assassin Nobodies are dotted with spines colored a threatening shade of blue-violet) metal countenance, can deal almost as much damage as Axel himself if in sufficient numbers. Axel prefers not to call on his company of Nobodies or use much magick, but he does frequently abuse the ability to transport from world to world, and it just goes to show what a pyromaniac can do when his lovely, all-purpose, noticeably sharp weapon is also capable of bursting into flame...a nice surprise for anyone who gets too close when Axel happens to be cranky.
Weapon: The chakram that Axel favors as his signature weapon, like Larxene's kunai (only better), is a weapon that was first used by ancient Indians, the word coming from the old language of Sanskrit, meaning round/circle/wheel...yadda yadda. The point is, Axel uses them frequently, and is obviously very at home with the idea of incinerating his enemies to bits even as the sharp blades cut into their flesh and sink deeper than the flames will. It's meant to be thrown, because of its circular shape and sharp outer edge that makes for a formidable ranged weapon, but Axel often uses them in close combat - really, any sort of combat, since he doesn't much like using other weapons. His are unique in that they are completely customized to reflect his personality and the element infused within them: while the inside forms a black cross, covered in leather where Axel's hands would go, the outside is painted a flourescent red and white, each of the pair of two a little larger than a foot in diameter. Because of its circular, flat shape, it cannot be easily deflected, and using them, Axel's attacks can be fatal if you get hit just so. (Of course, the fact that they're particularly flammable helps too.)

Appearance:

hair: His best feature? Maybe. But definitely one of his most noticeable. After all, that color doesn't seem all that natural, does it? Or that style. But it is - at least the color. Axel is a genuine redhead, and the only one out in the Organization, complete with the realistic color that comes with being...well, genuine. Closer to his forehead, streaks of dark crimson and even a little black contrast with the spiked bright red tips he sports, which are almost shoulder-length. Despite its often wayward appearance, Axel actually cares as much as a Nobody can (which, admittedly, isn't all that much) about his hair. He's proud of the color, proud of the style, and proud of the fact he can actually wear it like that and still look tough. I mean, just look at Lexaeus.
eyes: A flourescent shade of teal-turquoise-green-blue. That sort of thing - because Axel needs cool eyes to go with his cool hair. Overhsadowed by sharp, thin eyebrows, Axel's eyes are the sort that get under your skin just when he looks at you. He also has perfect vision and no need for glasses, so everyone can see the ununsual (but completely natural) hue of his bright teal eyes, which are actually rather large for his face. They immediately give him away as a rogue-ish type, simply because of their very shape and placement on his face. Beneath them are two tattooed markings Axel has made from red-purple ink resembling those of a joker. Although it does seem like it, Axel wears no eye make-up, and the tattoos aren't face paint. Really, they aren't.
